Smart, Advanced Memory devices and Applications lab Research Group Front Page Professor Nazek El-Atab leads the so-called SAMA research group, which stands for Smart, Advanced Memory devices and Applications lab The group's research will be focused on the design, simulation, fabrication and characterization of smart and advanced memory devices for application in in-memory computing and in-memory sensing. The group will also work on the design and development of memory devices with advanced architectures and innovative material combinations, in an attempt to enhance their scalability, power consumption, speed, retention and endurance characteristics.
