Professor El-Atab's research focuses on enhancing an increasingly digitized world by utilizing multifunctional memory devices for emerging applications such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT) and augmented reality.

Hanrui Li

M.S. Student, Electrical and Computer Engineering

In-memory computing in-memory sensing

Hanrui Li is currently a MS/PhD student at SAMA lab. He received his bachelor degree from Changchun University of Science and Technology, China in 2022. During June 2021 to April 2022, he worked as a visiting research student at Mohamad Sawan's lab, Westlake University. His research interests include smart memory devices and neuromorphic computing.
